UX Designer and Researcher

**Position**:
We are looking for an experienced and creative **UX Designer and Researcher** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and improving user experiences through research, prototyping, and iterative testing. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, efficient, and enjoyable interfaces for our automotive projects and beyond. **Key Responsibilities**:

- ** User Research**: Plan and conduct user research, usability testing, and interviews to gather insights about user behavior, needs, and pain points.
- ** Design Solutions**: Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows to solve user challenges and ensure seamless interaction with digital products.
- ** Data-Driven Design**: Analyze user data, feedback, and metrics to inform and refine design decisions.
- ** Collaboration**: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are technically feasible and aligned with business goals.
- ** Iteration and Testing**: Regularly test and iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability findings.
- ** Documentation**: Prepare and present UX deliverables such as personas, journey maps, and design guidelines to ensure consistency and alignment across the team.

**Requirements**:
**Education**: Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Cognitive Science, Design, or a related field.

**Technical Skills**:

- Strong experience in **UX research methodologies** (qualitative and quantitative).
- Proficiency with design tools such as **Sketch**, **Figma**, **Adobe XD**, or similar.
- Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Axure) and usability testing platforms.
- Understanding of front-end development and interaction between design and development teams.
