**Mission**:
Work closely with the internal teams (Communications, Image, Marketing, Retail, Visual) and the partner to ensure the correct execution of the business plan and the collection development, consistently with the brand direction.

Support projects to implement the growth of the beauty business.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Coordinate the execution of go-to-market projects, ensuring that all the team members have the information to manage their task effectively
Oversee the development of the commercial distribution, focusing on positioning and product performance, supporting local synergies
Quarterly reports for the stakeholder (sales, activities, etc.)
Challenge ideas generated by the partner and promote internal activities to push the category

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in the beauty or licensing industry is required
Fluent in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Analytical mindset and ability to think critically
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
Familiarity with beauty industry trends and consumer preferences
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with different stakeholders.
