- RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define and develop go to market strategy for the long and medium term with a bespoke guidelines for the different channels (pharmacies, grocery, vending machine and ecommerce)
- Work with multi-functional team to drive sales and market share growth in accordance with market strategy
- Ensure the correct assortment within the consumer’s mission by analysing market trends and competition among the different channels
- Performing market analysis, competitive benchmark and industry trends and review customer feedback in order to understand the market needs and dynamic
- Identify portfolio synergies and cross-brand opportunities to maximise go to market
- Key trade partners meetings preparation and participation and serve as liaison to the Sales Activation and Trade Partner

**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or Engineering
- 3 years of experience in trade marketing in Pharma or FMCG company
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Strong analytical skills
- Result oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating
