Per la nostra attività di “Holiday Rentals” siamo alla ricerca di una figura professionale che si occupi delle attività di back-office e front-office. La risorsa deve avere una esperienza pregressa di almeno un anno nel settore, deve possedere una autentica passione per il settore dell’ospitalità e offrire un servizio altamente professionale ai clienti ospiti delle nostre strutture.

**La persona si occuperà di**:

- Accoglienza (check-in/out) nei rispettivi appartamenti;
- Gestione dei clienti dall’ingresso al check out;
- Controllo pulizia, pianificazione delle attività di pulizia, pianificazione ed organizzazione di piccoli interventi di manutenzione;
- Acquisizione e registrazione delle nuove strutture entranti a far parte del portfolio dell’Agenzia;
- Attività di back - office: gestione delle prenotazioni (si richiede esperienza nell’uso dei principali booking engine);
- Raccolta dati clienti per emissione delle fatture;
**Requisiti richiesti**:

- La risorsa dovrà essere automunita;
- Il livello di lingua inglese dovrà essere almeno B2, la conoscenza di una seconda lingua sarà considerata un plus;
- E’ necessario possedere importanti capacità organizzative;
- Utilizzo strumenti office (outlook, pacchetto office es. excel, word...);
