Marketing Intern

- We are looking for a communicative and result-oriented **Marketing Intern** to help us increase the awareness of our Cultural Care Au Pair program in Italy. This is a full-time 3-month long internship based in Milan, starting in March with a monthly salary of 500€. While the position is based in Milan, it may require travel across Italy.
- As a Marketing Intern you will work mainly with offline marketing, but also get insight to our online marketing channels. You are part of an ambitious and dynamic team that is enthusiastic about cultural exchange.
- Your tasks:

- Together with the team, increase au pair recruitment and brand awareness by attending fairs and career days schools, universities, career centers and similar local institutions across Italy
- Be part of developing and managing new partnerships and platforms to place Cultural Care in a way that is appropriate for the target group
- Planning and execution of school visits, fairs, and events to reach our target group, strengthen customer loyalty and promote au pair recruitment
- Be a part of developing and implementing new and existing relationships with schools and universities - both over phone and in person
- Support the recruitment team in screening and coaching of potential au pairs over the phone
- Our expectations:

- You are comfortable with public speaking - in person and online
- You have full proficiency in both Italian and English
- You are an ambitious and curious person with a positive hands-on attitude
- You have experience abroad - preferably own Au Pair-experience
