**Overall Scope of Role**:
Cluster Manager, In Venue Hospitality (IVH) Event Production is a key role with a primary responsibility for providing operational support across multiple IVH programs occurring within various Olympic Sporting Venues (volume depending on the size of the cluster) during the 2026 Milano Cortina Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games. The Cluster Manager works closely with:

- The Director of Event Production.
- The 3 other cluster managers (to share best practices and problem solve)
- On Location internal Functional Areas (FAs)
- MICO26 relevant interlocutors, in particular, the Venue team.

The Cluster Manager will focus on delivering the most exceptional hospitality experiences for On Location guests inside Olympic Sporting Venues within the assigned cluster. Experiences will take place inside temporary or permanent lounge (or restaurant) spaces and may include: food and beverage, photo opportunities, games broadcast viewing and other information touchpoints within a curated Olympic sports themed environment.

The clusters are divided as follows:

- **Cluster 1**:Milano**(04 Competition Venues + Opening Ceremony Stadium)
- **Cluster 2**:Cortina**(04 Competition Venues)
- **Cluster 3: Valtellina**:

- Bormio / Livignio (03 Competition Venues)
- **Cluster 4**:Val di Fiemme**:

- Predazzo / Tesero / Verona (02 Competition Venues + Closing Ceremony Arena)

All planning will be done centrally, from On Location Milano Offices with site visits if / when necessary.

The IVH Team will transition from Cluster to Venue in September 2025 - the Cluster Manager will remain the point of contact for her/his cluster but will take the ownership of the largest venue of her/his cluster and transition to a Venue Management role.

**Essential Functions & Responsibilities**:

- Work in collaboration and coordination with Director, In Venue Hospitality to:

- manage venue contracts.
- deliver the best hospitality programs with as much consistency as possible while building structure/organization with the team in place.
- update Director Event Production of day-to-day progresses and challenges; and request input and advice for key decisions
- Work in partnership with the commercial product architecture team to define and/or adjust service levels and manage budget per Olympic venue based upon sport, demand, sessions and sales levels.
- Work in partnership with all FAs involved specifically those having an impact on the Event Production team delivery - including but not limited to: F&B, Art and Design, Entertainment, Overlay, Workforce, Accreditation, Logistic and Gifting to name a few.
- Be the representative and ambassador of the hospitality unit (led by OLE) in the global MICO26 venue department.
- Manage overall project milestones and timelines.
- Manage P&L and track expenditures.
- Manage suppliers and vendors.
- Encourage and support use of sustainable products, when available.
- Attend all meetings (virtual/in person) in relation with his/her cluster and report on behalf of the Event Production team(s) as it relates to the IVH hospitality programs.
