Loacker is looking for an enthusiastic manager, committed to customer satisfaction, people lead and with passion for improvements.
- You are responsible for the development, continuous improvement and delivery of a high standard of customer service & sales support, together with the team, which cares about our international partners worldwide.**YOUR TASKS**
- Empower and Engage the Customer Service & Sales Support team (8 people)
- Responsible for delivering excellent services
- Responsible for relationship management with international distribution partners
- Strategic development of process and technology, to deliver key service outcomes, proactive driver for change and digitalization
- Finalize automation of order to cash operations and activate inside sales team
- Execution, support and implementation of long-term projects
- Ensure transparent and efficient flow of information between external and internal customers
- Identification and lead of continuous improvement projects
- Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Ideally 5-10 years of professional experience in customer service
- Experience in international business environment with the capability of handling different cultures
- Leadership, management skills, enthusiasm and positive thinking
- Hands on mentality, high and tenacious goal
- and output-orientation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication, negotiation as well as networking skills
- Ability to collaborate at all levels of the organization and across other functional areas
- Computer skills including MS Office programs, SAP, CRM (preferred Dynamics), document management (SharePoint) and BI
- Fluent English is a must, additionally German or Italian
