Among the European leaders in Enterprise Risk Management and Wealth & Asset Management solutions, Prometeia is looking for talent to join our Wealth Management consulting team, contributing to the innovation of business models and digital transformation of leading financial institutions.

**MAIN TASKS**

As a Wealth Management Consultant, you will play a comprehensive role at the intersection of consulting, business design, and digitalization:

- Support **project governance and PMO activities**, contributing to the planning, monitoring, and coordination of project streams.
- **Collaborate with business and technology teams** to design innovative solutions that enhance clients’ business models and support the strategic growth of their Wealth Management services.
- Act as a key reference point for Wealth Management processes, ensuring their effectiveness and alignment with evolving business needs and digital solutions.
- Be actively involved in the evolution of digital solutions, transforming business requirements into innovative solutions that enhance Wealth Management services.
- Prepare and deliver **presentations**, **documentation,** and **analysis** to support decision-making and client engagement.

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**
- Master’s degree in Economics / Finance, Management Engineering, Statistics, or related fields.
- Previous experience (maximum 3 years) in consulting firms, banks, asset/wealth management, or insurance companies, preferably in roles related to digital transformation or business development.
- Excellent command of English; knowledge of a second foreign language is appreciated.
