**JOB PURPOSE**
- Carry out on-site audits at Group suppliers or desktop reviews, supporting the HSE Managers (RSPP) of the Prada Group.

**SUPPLIER AUDITS**
- Conduct on-site audits or desktop reviews at the Group’s suppliers
- Promote and disseminate a culture of health and safety throughout the entire production chain, in line with the company’s Code of Ethics, Supplier Code of Conduct, and core values
- Verify supplier compliance with current Health & Safety and environmental regulations
- Follow up on corrective actions to ensure timely and proper implementation

**SUPPORT TO INDUSTRIAL HSE MANAGERS (RSPP)**
- Support the Prada Group’s industrial HSE Managers
- Perform risk assessments within the company
- Prepare and deliver H&S training to Prada Group personnel
- Implement and monitor compliance with H&S procedures within the company (e.g., checking the use of PPE, monitoring workplace accidents, drafting emergency management procedures, conducting drills)

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
Degree in Humanities, Economics, or Law
Knowledge of sustainability topics: Working conditions, Occupational health and safety, Environmental protection, and Business ethics
