JOB PURPOSE

Carry out on-site audits at Group suppliers or desktop reviews, supporting the HSE Managers (RSPP) of the Prada Group.

RESPONSABILITIES

SUPPLIER AUDITS

•    Conduct on-site audits or desktop reviews at the Group's suppliers

•    Promote and disseminate a culture of health and safety throughout the entire production chain, in line with the company's Code of Ethics, Supplier Code of Conduct, and core values

•    Verify supplier compliance with current Health & Safety and environmental regulations

•    Follow up on corrective actions to ensure timely and proper implementation

SUPPORT TO INDUSTRIAL HSE MANAGERS (RSPP)

•    Support the Prada Group's industrial HSE Managers

•    Perform risk assessments within the company

•    Prepare and deliver H&S training to Prada Group personnel

•    Implement and monitor compliance with H&S procedures within the company (e.g., checking the use of PPE, monitoring workplace accidents, drafting emergency management procedures, conducting drills)

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

5-7 years of experience in a similar role
Degree in Humanities, Economics, or Law
Knowledge of sustainability topics: Working conditions, Occupational health and safety, Environmental protection, and Business ethic
