**Role Description**:
NTT DATA is looking for an Engagement Manager for “Tangity Engineering” Service Line, to help unit keep growing.

As engagement manager, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining positive and long lasting customer relationships by acting as the primary point of contact between “Tangity Engineering” and your customers’ portfolio, taking care of the overall customer experience.

You will work closely with customers in identifying, understanding and meeting their specific needs about product development and engineering services.

Success in this role will be demonstrated by improved client satisfaction while growing business opportunities with existing and new clients.

**Responsibilities**:
He/She has to:

- Design solutions tailored to client needs about products development and engineering services
- Collaborate with sales departments to brainstorm new campaigns and business ideas
- Provide advice and guidance on customer engagement improvement and upselling
- Ensure Tangity Engineering work is compliant and adherent to contracts’ terms and conditions
- Engage with Engineering and other service lines to ensure resources forecast is completely unveiled, well planned and promoted
- Manages client expectations and ensures timely delivery of client requests
- Create reports on new engagements and progress of current contracts
- Ensures compliance with company policies and follows ethical standards

**Required Skills**:

- Engineering degree with business studies or equivalent knowledge
- More than 5years working experience in a systems or product development company
- Must have experience in product or engagement management for engineering services or product development
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients and projects
- Must have good negotiation skills
- Proactive change and risk management
- Excellent communicator with proficient English (verbal and written)
- Proven critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Project management certification desired (e.g. CSM, APM)
