On Location is seeking a Hospitality Central Services Director who will be supporting the Games planning and execution of on-site services and operations delivery. Leading a diverse team across multiple locations this role requires the ability to work cross-functionally. This leader will have the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders for the successful delivery of the Games.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Accreditation

Ensure all On Location staff and vendors are properly accredited in order to perform their official hospitality function. Ensure Access Control plans are in place.
- Logistics

Responsible for all warehousing, storage, processing, and delivery of guest gifts and workforce uniforms.
- Health & Safety

Area that ensures the physical well-being of all staff and clients. This includes medical services (like first aid), injury prevention and health monitoring. It also covers emergency preparedness, and the implementation of safety standards across all On Location venues, ensuring both staff and clients are safe.
- Security

To mobilize a high-performance team with the right mix of Olympic and major events security expertise to plan, coordinate and integrate MC26 and State security strategies to support On Location’s delivery of a memorable client experience and product offerings within a safe and secure environment during the Milano Cortina 2026 Olympic and Paralympic Games
- Accessibility

Make Official Hospitality products, venues (not IVH) and experiences accessible to every guests (especially those with special needs).
- Lead a team of locally and remotely based Functional Area heads, and ensure effective collaboration with other On Location teams and counterparts within Local Games Organising Committee and IOC when relevant.
- Partner with the Vice President Human Resources on people strategies including hiring where needed, and relevant initiatives to deliver on the Games.
- Work with the Event Production FA to define and adapt roles & responsibilities and manage the interactions between the Hospitality Central Services FAs and those under the responsibility of Event Production (including Venue Management; Venue Design; Catering, Cleaning, & Waste; Access Management, etc.)
- Collaborate with the Program Management verticals (Stakeholder, Custom Groups, Commercial, Special Events / Tours) to define and adapt roles & responsibilities and manage the interactions between the Hospitality Central Services FAs and those under the responsibility of Program Management, to ensure that all On Location programs are adequately serviced and that information flow effective and expectations are met and managed.
- Collaborate with the Ticketing Team as necessary related to overall inventory.
- Work closely with the Product & Inventory Management teams to ensure that the inventory for all assets contracted by or delivered by Hospitality Central Services FAs is efficiently managed and monetized.
- Partner with the Vice-President, Legal, Compliance, & Procurement to ensure that any purchases, contracts, policies, or processed initiated or implemented by Hospitality Central Services FAs fit within the On Location SAS and On Location Events compliance framework.
