Junior Marketing Manager Pet Vet

**THE POSITION**:
In this role you will support the Pet Vet Marketing Team and you will play a key role in the development and implementation of business and brand strategies and tactics for RX (or prescription) products on Pet Business.
**Tasks & responsibilities**:
- In your new role you manage and the develop the different bran plan in each phase;
- In addition, you propose the objectives to reach for the brand in terms of market share and turnover;
- Besides, you manage the brand Operative budget to reach the agreed objectives;
- One of your responsibilities is to coordinate day by day the different functions (forecast, sales, regulatory,) in order to effectively and efficiently implement all the operative actions stated in the annual marketing plan and reach the agreed objectives through the implementation of the consequent strategies;
- You will also attend proactively Corporate meetings and dialog with international different functions; You will manage a direct and continuous relationships with the market through Field team and directly on a regular schedule, to constantly improve sales force skills to effectively present and sell the company product portfolio
**Requirements**:
- Consolidate experience in Marketing (at least 3 years)
- Economic and marketing degree as a preference
- Digital and marketing skills
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Flexibility and team working, excellent problem-solving skills
- Customer-centric, and intelligent risk-taking mindset
- Ability to work independently in rapidly changing environments
