Importante agenzia di Marketing attiva su Milano ricerca 4 nuove risorse da inserire all’interno del Team per ampliamento dell’organico.

Come addetto/addetta per accoglienza Clienti lavorerai in Stand organizzati presso Eventi su Milano/Hinterland (Italo Treno/Esseleunga/ Supermercati/Farmacie/GdO/Pet Store ecc.). Ti approccerai a potenziali customer per accompagnarli nella scoperta dei progetti delle quattro organizzazioni non profit più attive sul panorama Italiano.

Lavorerai con un **Team** numeroso per valutare e organizzare potenziali _location_ ed **Eventi**dove svolgere la tua attività di **Marketing Diretto.**
- Temi di avere poca esperienza nel settore?_ **Rilassati**: sarai sempre supportato/supportata da Formatori e Formatrici esperti/e.

Hai voglia di crescere professionalmente_? A partire dal tuo inserimento lavorativo avrai la possibilità di crescere come addetto/addetta vendita fino a ricoprire ruoli manageriali, sviluppando abilità di gestione dei Team e coordinamento degli Eventi._

**Posizione**:
**S**arai responsabile delle più importanti campagne di Marketing Diretto. In qualità di addetto/addetta vendita ti occuperai della vendita diretta presso stand ed Eventi organizzati in locations strategiche (Supermercati/Centri Commercieli/Fiere/GdO ecc.)

**Luoghi di lavoro**:
Lavoriamo sempre in team, in stand allestiti presso eventi organizzati di ogni genere (centri commerciali, punti vendita, ikea, esselunga, fiere, festival, concerti ).

Le location che ci ospitano variano ogni settimana: ogni settimana ogni Ambassador sceglie e comunica le proprie disponibilità lavorative. Scelta libera dal lunedì alla domenica. Flessibile e variabile.

Ti **offriamo** un inserimento con contratto da IV con pagamenti mensili, bonus ed incentivi; da noi troverai tanta flessibilità perché **SEI TU a decidere**se lavorare full time e/o part time noi ti chiediamo almeno 2 giorni pieni.

Da noi troverai formazione e affiancamento costante: un ricco percorso formativo certificato (a spese aziendali) e di crescita per potere, in poco tempo, imparare a gestire e coordinare un team e la possibilità di prendere parte a viaggi premio.

**CANDIDATI SE**:

- Hai una grande Motivazione a crescere professionalmente nel **marketing diretto;**
- **Sei Curioso/Curiosa e non vedi l’ora di metterti in gioco in un team dinamico e supportivo;**
- **Sei alla costante ricerca di nuovi stimoli;**
- **Hai disponibilità a lavorare su Milano (non è necessario il domicilio) full time o part time verticale, libera flessibilità da lunedì a domenica.**
