**Role Overview**
As an HR Operations Manager, you will act as the people operations process owner, lead HR technology projects, improve and automate HR processes, managing the HRIS roadmap and HR analytics. You will be part of the HR Team and you will support the Satispay Group.

Your mission:

- ** Oversee employee life cycle**. Become the process owner and create a plan for the optimization of our Standard Operating Procedures related to onboarding, offboarding, contract creation, employment changes, promotions, and moves.
- ** Lead HR innovation.**Implement new technologies, drive HR projects, and look for ways to automate the people operations processes.
- ** Manage the HRIS roadmap**. Take ownership of the people operations systems and drive forward continuous improvements (HRIS, ticketing system, performance management system and all system integrations with other functions like Finance, IT, etc).
- ** HR Analytics.**Automate HR reporting and dashboards using analytics software. Create KPI dashboards and present insights to senior stakeholders. Monitor the people operations SLAs on a monthly basis.
- ** Daily Operations.** Participate in the execution of the daily people operations together with the People Operations team like onboarding, offboarding, job moves, and payroll where necessary.

Your ideal profile:

- ** Proven HR experience**. You have at least 5 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in an international context, with a proven track record in process standardization and HR project management.
- ** System implementation and continuous improvement**. You’re experienced in implementing new HR systems and driving their continuous improvement, and enthusiast about taking on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- ** Fluent in Italian and English**. You bring excellent communication skills in both languages; knowledge of French, Spanish, or other European languages is a plus.
- ** Detail-oriented and discreet**. You have a detail-oriented mindset with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential material with discretion.
- ** Labor law expertise.**Knowledge of Italian labor law is considered a plus.
