**Roles & Skills**:
As a Sales Support Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Promptly addressing customer inquiries and processing orders.
- Efficiently processing data using SAP.
- Assisting with accounting tasks related to invoice management, cash flow and monthly closing processes.
- Maintaining strong clients relationships.
- Regularly collaborating with the German site, ensuring courteous and frequent exchanges to maintain operational efficiency.
- Coordinating with suppliers and distributors, ensuring timely delivery and service excellence.
- Providing after-sales service and support, addressing client requests promptly.

**Your profile**:

- A commercial education or equivalent.
- Fluency in Italian and excellent English skills, proficiency of German is an asset.
- 3 years of previous experience in internal sales or order management.
- Ability to work independently within a small team.
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
