Panoramica: _ Medici Senza Frontiere (MSF) è un’organizzazione medico-umanitaria indipendente, fondata nel 1971 da un gruppo di medici e giornalisti. MSF presta la sua opera di soccorso in tutto il mondo, alle popolazioni colpite da conflitti, epidemie, catastrofi naturali o escluse dall’assistenza sanitaria. _ _Al momento ci sono progetti in corso in circa 80 Paesi. _MSF è un movimento internazionale formato da 6 Centri Operativi e 23 sezioni ed uffici in tutto il mondo._ **_ MSF Italia_**_ è una Onlus nel campo medico e umanitario e rappresenta la sezione italiana di Médecins Sans Frontières._ Il tirocinio si svolgerà nel dipartimento Comunicazione all’interno dell'Area Public Engagement. Lo stage avrà l’obiettivo di far acquisire al/alla tirocinante le competenze specifiche nella gestione e nella pianificazione delle attività di sensibilizzazione e di organizzazione di eventi nell’ambito del no-profit, imparando a relazionarsi in maniera efficace e funzionale con i diversi stakeholders e i principali interlocutori nella cornice del **Public Engagement** di un'Organizzazione del Terzo Settore. Responsabilità: Il tirocinante, sotto la guida di un/a tutor interno/a, sarà coinvolto nelle seguenti attività: - Elaborazione di campagne e iniziative di public awareness ed engagement; - Organizzazione di eventi (anche on line) e partecipazione a festival e appuntamenti sul territorio (logística, rooming, viaggi); - Elaborazione e revisione contenuti di awareness e educational; - Sviluppo e gestione della relazione con le scuole nell'ambito del progetto "Scuole senza Frontiere"; - Gestione relazione con le scuole e con i referenti dei gruppi locali di volontari. Qualifiche: - Laurea e percorso di studi attinenti agli obiettivi previsti dal tirocinio; - Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana (C1); - Buona conoscenza dell’inglese (B2); - Conoscenze del pacchetto Office 365; - Conoscenza dei principali canali di comunicazione online; - Ottime capacità comunicative; - Teamwork; - Orientamento al risultato e alla qualità; - Abilità nella pianificazione; - Motivazione ai temi umanitari e in particolare ai principi MSF. ** Condizioni** **Disponibilità**: full time, 40 ore settimanali dal lunedì al venerdì. **Sede**: Roma. La modalità di stage prevista è** ibrida** con lavoro da remoto e con alcune presenze presso la sede a seconda delle necessità organizzative. **Durata**: 6 mesi **Periodo**: da gennaio 2026 a luglio 2026 **Tipologia**: il tirocinio sarà attivato come extra-curriculare **Rimborso spese**: Il tirocinio sarà attivato come extra-curriculare, il relativo rimborso spese è pari a 910 € lordi mensili + ticket restaurant giornalieri di 5€.
