**What's the role?**:
We’re looking for a Product manager who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced, high-performing, international working culture.

**What does the role involve?**:
As **Product manager **, you’ll be expected to meet and exceed our business targets, and maximize profitable growth in our region (southern Europe).
This means that you will be responsible for a Product Line, participates in the strategy development of the product line, and management of the product portfolio within the product life cycle, including regular reporting.

The purpose of the role is to drive the product development, launch, product support, pricing, initiatives and growth of Hilti’s product leadership (PLS).

**What you need is**:

- University degree in the field of Engineering, Technology
- MBA is of advantage
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in Sales, Marketing, Engineering or Technology
- Excellent business understanding and high affinity for technical products
- Demonstrates strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Strong written and spoken communication and presentation skills in Italian and English
- Mobility and willingness to travel
- Driver’s license
