Prepare hiring letters, terminations, p-time transformations;
- Check/Manage issues related to: presence/absence, sickness, maternity leave, holidays, accidents and other absences;
- Answer all phone contacts to solve every kind of problems related to employees;
- Bring up to date the HR database;
- Prepare all the requested HR documents and reports (turnovers, holidays, ecc..), implement policies and procedures;
- Support the HR team members in developing country-specific projects, such as employee handbooks, employment agreements, employee relations, compensation, country benefits, tools, policies and procedures;
- Manage Time & Attendance tool cooperating with the external payroll provider;
- Assure that T&A and payroll processes are timely and well structured JOB QUALIFICATIONS - Minimum 2 years’ experience in the role (an advanced knowledge of CCNL Commercio is highly preferred);
- Good knowledge of principles, methods and practices related to personnel administration and payroll activities;
