**Chi siamo**

Il Gruppo Carnovali | CBS è tra le prime tre aziende in Italia nella produzione di attrezzature ecologiche.

Negli ultimi quattro anni abbiamo registrato una crescita costante del +45% annuo, ampliando il nostro organico con oltre 50 nuove assunzioni nell’ultimo anno, aprendo due nuovi siti produttivi e completando acquisizioni strategiche nel 2024.

Produciamo container, compattatori, allestimenti e modifiche su veicoli industriali, collaborando con le più importanti aziende europee del settore ambientale.

**Chi cerchiamo**

Cerchiamo una figura che abbia esperienza in HR per impostare i processi chiave legati a persone, organizzazione e performance. Lavorerai a stretto contatto con i manager e con la direzione, diventando un punto di riferimento nella crescita aziendale.

**Obiettivi e Responsabilità**
- Organizzazione e sviluppo: disegnare la struttura aziendale, definire ruoli e responsabilità, implementare sistemi di valutazione e percorsi di crescita per valorizzare i talenti.
- Business partnering e strategia: collaborare con manager e direzione per supportare processi di crescita, riorganizzazione e gestione efficace dei team.
- Analisi e gestione operativa: monitorare dati e KPI HR per fornire insight utili alle decisioni e garantire un’amministrazione del personale precisa e conforme alle normative.
