Webuild is looking for a **MEP Electrical Engineering Manager** - civil/tertiary and road infrastructure sector - to be included in the **Design Services** function at the **Milan **headquarters.

**Main responsibilities**
- Checking and directing the design of MEP components within the scope of major works projects both in the civil/tertiary sector (office centres, hospitals, data centres, retail) and, above all, in the infrastructure sector (roads, motorways, railway lines, metro lines);
- Managing and coordinating external specialist design companies for the implementation and development of MEP plant components;
- Ensure the design integration between the MEP components and the civil and structural works of the project;
- Analysing and developing project requirements (technical specifications, drawings, schedules, etc.), both at the tender stage and once the work is complete, and providing support in defining construction procedures and methods;
- Identify and develop value engineering solutions for MEP components;
- Evaluate and align bids from a technical point of view;
- Provide specialised technical assistance to job orders, analysing problems, developing proposals and improving technical solutions;
- Provide support and technical clarifications together with colleagues from other Webuild departments during periodic meetings, at tender stage or during job development, with partners, clients and third parties on MEP issues;
- Interfacing with site operations to identify and propose solutions to specific operational issues.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or diploma as a thermal or electrical engineer preferred;
- At least 8-10 years' experience in MEP design and project management assistance, in the infrastructure field (roads, motorways, railways, metro lines) or in the civil field (office buildings, data centres, retail, hospitals);
- Good knowledge of the English language;
- Knowledge of the most widely used software;
- Availability for national and international travel (30%).
