KPMG Advisory offers consulting services to companies to assist them in business model transformation, process improvement and digitisation, risk analysis and management, and support in extraordinary finance transactions.

Our **Restructuring division** is recruiting specialists for its Turnaround and operational improvement team. Specifically, it is looking to add one young professionals in the Operations area.

You will be involved in cost cutting projects and the streamlining of production sites, the optimisation of supply chain systems (inbound/outbound), warehouse rationalisation and transport optimisation, the reduction of inventories and the improvement of customer service. With these key skills, you will become the point person for leading Italian and international clients.

We are recruiting recent and near graduates for our **Padua **office who are ready to challenge themselves in a demanding and stimulating environment.

Specifically, you will be tasked with:

- analysing the operating performance and costs of the less efficient industrial divisions;
- assessing the current production, maintenance and R&D operating models and defining recovery actions and ways to improve the functions under analysis;
- designing and implementing Lean Six Sigma projects, optimising the use of resources, work areas and production cycles while ensuring high quality production and process management.

- a master's degree in engineering management/industrial engineering with excellent results;
- excellent knowledge of English, preferably with study and/or work experience abroad;
- excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
