Our **Cybersecurity Business Unit** is growing fast, and we are looking for ambitious individuals ready to build new business opportunities and play a key role in shaping the future of Cybersecurity in Italy.
**Your Role**
As a **Customer Success Specialist - Cybersecurity**, you will drive business development in a strategic and rapidly expanding market. You will:
- Identify and engage new B2B reseller partners in the Cybersecurity space.
- Generate leads through a mix of marketing activities, outbound campaigns, digital prospecting tools, and the Ingram Micro Xvantage platform.
- Manage the full sales cycle: from first contact to negotiation and successful onboarding.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Vendor Managers, Presales, Marketing, Finance) to design and execute growth strategies.
- Track performance, manage your pipeline, and contribute to team KPIs while taking full ownership of your targets.
- Share insights, new ideas, and market feedback to continuously improve our go-to-market approach.
**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous experience in B2B sales is considered a strong plus, ideally in IT distribution, vendor, or system integrator environments - **but it is not mandatory**.
- Strong motivation to learn and grow in a commercial role within the IT and Cybersecurity space.
- Commercial acumen, curiosity, and a proactive approach.
- ** Fluency in Italian and good working proficiency in English** - stronger skills in English are a plus.
- A collaborative attitude and entrepreneurial mindset, with a drive to achieve results.
