GMP Warehouse Operative

to join our Logistics team at Verona. In this exciting opportunity you will be part of the highly dynamic DP GMP Warehouse team and be part of the evolution of the Logistics Organization.

This Warehouse team is in charge of the Material Management, storage and dispensing in collaboration with GMP Production. In your role you will be involved in all Material Management activities, ensuring compliance with Safety and cGMP regulations. Your responsibilities will include, among others:
Main Duties/Responsibilities:

- Prepare and complete warehouse orders for dispensing, delivery or pickup according to schedule
- Receive and sampling of incoming material, check of completeness of documentation
- Perform warehouse inventory controls and keep quality standards high
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and ensure that all material handling and movements are executed in accordance with health and safety standards as well as cGMP regulations
- Usage of companies MRP system
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance/Control, Production and other departments for improvements and Audits, Quality Investigations or planning and organize analytical samplings in order to grant material clinical realease
- Ensure that documentation meets quality standards and complete batch documentation related to Material Management in a timely manner and with precision
- Report anomalies and identify unplanned deviations and write SOPs

Your ideal qualification:

- Technical Degree of Higher Technical Institutes (ITS), a Specialisation in Supply Chain is an advantage
- Experience in warehouse and GMP Environment is a plus
- Proficient with Office & Outlook and knowledge of ERP tools is a plus (e.g. SAP, AS 400, warehouse management systems)
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal in Italian and basic knowledge of English
- A professional, open-minded team player with sense of humor and diplomatic skills
- Well-organized, accurate and with ability to prioritise & manage multiple priorities
