**What you’ll do**:

- You will join the team of People Development & Culture directly reporting to the HR Development Discipline Leader;
- You will learn and handle the different forms of Assessment tools and frameworks (behavioral, skill, situational) applied to the areas of Career Management, Talent Acquisition and Talent Management;
- You will be involved in a dynamic and stimulating environment and you will provide support in:

- Delivery of Assessment activities;
- Analysis and presentation of assessment results;
- Development of Power Point presentations;
- Distribution and implementation of talent systems to foreign countries.

**Who you are**:

- You have a degree in Psychology of Labour and/or Organizational Psychology;
- You are flexible, proactive and focused on results;
- You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power Point;
- You have a good knowledge of both written and spoken English;
- You are detail focused, you have a digital mindset and you know how to work in a team.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tirocinio formativo/stage
Durata contratto: 6 mesi

Stipendio: €800,00 al mese
