La figura di **It Service Specialist **, sarà inserita nella **Direzione Centrale Innovazione **all’interno del team IT Operations del Gruppo Hera preso la sede di Bologna.

**Cosa farai**

Il focus principale riguarderà la gestione della manutenzione applicativa nell'area Mercato (Marketing, Vendita e Gestione Clienti).

Le principali attività saranno:

- coordinare le attività di manutenzione ordinaria delle piattaforme software di competenza, pianificando e monitorando le attività di delivery affidate ai fornitori esterni, nel rispetto di tempi e budget;
- coinvolgere i giusti stakeholders;
- coordinare i fornitori coinvolti;
- identificare aree di miglioramento del servizio;
- supportare le iniziative progettuali dal kickoff all’attivazione del relativo servizio di manutenzione; compilare la documentazione prevista dalla metodologia e verificarne la completezza.

**Chi sei**
- Laurea in Ingegneria, Informatica o simili;
- Esperienza pluriennale nel ruolo;
- Conoscenza di metodologie ITIL di service, change e delivery management. Rappresentano un plus eventuali certificazioni ITIL, Agile o equivalenti;
- Approccio propositivo orientato al problem solving e attitudine al miglioramento continuo; È fortemente gradita una pregressa esperienza sull'ecosistema Salesforce.
