MAIN PURPOSE
La figura si occupa della gestione amministrativa e logística dei flussi di riparazioni di orologi da e verso i terzisti, in modo puntuale, per garantire che il carico di lavoro sia il più possibile costante.
Inoltre, a fronte di eventuali richieste, ricevute dai terzisti, per ricambi divenuti necessari in corso d’opera alla riparazione, inserisce l’ordine e lo spedisce una volta arrivato in piattaforma.
Infine, si occupa dell’archiviazione dei file mensili ricevuti dai terzisti, contenenti i registri delle riparazioni fatte e di eventuali solleciti via mail ai terzisti stessi, in caso di mancata ricezione.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Key responsibility 1 - Gestione richieste pick up & delivery
- Dopo aver ricevuto la mail di richiesta per la spedizione del kit, prepara la spedizione dello stesso, creando un tracking sul portale myDHL e archivia il modulo

Key responsibility 2 - Gestione amministrativa e logística dei flussi di riparazioni di orologi terziarizzati da/verso subcontractors
- Trasferisce le riparazioni nel corretto stato di SAP
- Prepara i pacchi
- Crea la bolla manuale
- Inserisce il tracking per la spedizione direttamente sul portale myDHL
- Elabora e gestisce eventuali ordini di parti di ricambio necessari alla riparazione, a fronte della richiesta del terzista

Key responsibility 3 - Archiviazione documentale ed eventuale invio mail di sollecito ai terzisti, dei file mensili con il registro delle riparazioni fatte
- Archiviazione digitale dei report mensili, ricevuti da ogni terzista, contenenti il dettaglio delle riparazioni eseguite. In caso di mancata ricezione, invio di mail di sollecito.
