**What's your new role about?**:
The Associate Legal Counsel supports the Legal Counsel in supporting the business in Italy with focus on copyright and commercial agreements, consumers protection, compliance and regulatory matters.

**AS OUR NEW ASSOCIATE LEGAL COUNSEL, YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO**:

- Work close to the business, analyse case law and provide first recommendations
- Ensure Compliance with IT Electronic Communication Code, Consumer Code, Testo Unico TV and ADV rules (including Dignity Decree)
- Ensure Compliance with policies and procedures of the company’s Group
- Assist the company in its day-by-day strategy and coordinating activities at local level
- Instruct and manage external counsels with an eye to budget

**YOU’LL BE SET UP FOR SUCCESS IF YOU HAVE**:

- Excellent experience in international contracts. Draft, review and negotiate complex commercial and contractual agreements (including but not limited to sponsorships agreements, distributions deals, marketing agreements, production agreements, technology agreements and agreement with collecting societies)
- Significant experience in Legal Departments of multinational companies or, alternatively, in International Law Firms is crucial
- Degree in primary university and admitted to the national Bar
- English, written and oral, is necessary and must be excellent
- Sound judgement and ability to analyse situations and information
- Emotional intelligence, enthusiasm, positive energy, and goals driven
- Tolerance to pressure
