Panoramica:
The One to One (OTO) Unit objective is to raise the highest possible income from High Value Donors (major donors, corporate, foundations, and bequestors), by designing acquisition and loyalty programs with a specific focus on innovation and continuous improvement.

The Head of OTO Unit, reporting to the Fundraising director, maximizes income and efficiency of the Unit,, in line with the principles, policies and guidelines of Médecins Sans Frontières international, and Medici Senza Frontiere Italia.

Responsabilità:
**1. Coordinates the One To One Unit (OTO)**
- Defines and manages the annual budget of the Unit in terms of income and investments
- Defines roles and responsibilities within the Unit, defining objective and key results for each role
- Actively participates in the professional development of the members of her/his team, proposes and defines new profiles
- S/he promotes knowledge sharing and innovation
- Coordinates the journey for the existing donors in accordance with internal MSF stakeholders
- Coordinates the external communication plans in accordance with internal MSF stakeholders
- Defines and coordinates the OTO Unit Emergency fundraising plans
- Coordinates and monitors the earmarked income in collaboration with the relevant Funding Units of Operational Centers

**2. Contributes to the strategy of the Fundraising Department through the development and implementation of an effective strategy for One to One targets (major donors, corporate, foundations, and bequestors)**
- With his/her team s/he defines the strategic lines for Major Donors, Corporate, Foundations and Legacy giving
- In accordance with the strategy, and in connection with her/his team, s/he develops consistent annual plans, including both income generating activities and exploration tests
- Monitors the effectiveness and efficiency of strategy and annual plans using appropriate sets of Key Performance Indicators
- Identifies new opportunities of development for the Unit

**3. Ensures the integration and connection of the OTO Unit with other parts of the organizations both at national and international level**
- Promotes and coordinates the integration of the Unit activities with the other Units of Fundraising Department and the other Departments in MSF Italia
- Facilitates the flux of information from and to the OTO Unit
- S/He participates to relevant coordination recurring platforms (Middle Management Platform, the Fundraising Coordination Group among others). Monitors benchmarking studies, and High Value Donors international KPIs and initiatives to identify best practices inside the organization
- Participates to relevant MSF international Communities of practice and other initiatives

Qualifiche:
**Key requirements**
- Bachelor's degree consistent with the profile
- Budgeting & Project Management knowledge and experience
- Knowledge and experience on Marketing tools and analysis
- English: Fluent (C1 level)
- At least 7 years of experience in High Value Donors Fundraising
- At least 5 years of experience in People Management
