Ricerchiamo Manager in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:
- Esperienza pluriennale (dai 6 ai 10 anni), di cui almeno 6 in ambito di consulenza e supporto alla Pubblica Amministrazione o come operatore interno alla PA in ambiti di Fondi SIE, PNRR, contabilità e di bilancio
- Iscrizione all’Albo dei Dottori Commercialisti (preferibile)
- Iscrizione al Registro dei Revisori Legali (preferibile)
- Competenze su temi di politica e normativa comunitaria
- Competenze su temi di programmazione, monitoraggio, valutazione, controllo su interventi finanziati da fondi comunitari
- Competenze su gestione finanziaria e contabile contributi UE, conformemente alle norme internazionalmente riconosciute (ISA)
- Competenze su strategia, organizzazione, processi e gestione del cambiamento
- Conoscenze lingue straniere di lavoro della Commissione Europea
Alla risorsa sarà richiesto di eseguire le seguenti attività:
- Garantire la corretta esecuzione dei servizi assegnati curandone gli aspetti sia tecnici sia gestionali;
- Risolvere in autonomia le problematiche di processo e organizzative che rileva durante l'esecuzione delle azioni affidate, allineandosi costantemente con l’Amministrazione contraente;
- Promuovere il lavoro di team e curare la produzione dei documenti richiesti, nei tempi stabiliti.
Completano il profilo forte attitudine al problem solving, buone doti comunicative e relazionali, entusiasmo e naturale propensione al lavoro in team.

**MANAGER PUBLIC SECTOR (SIE Funds, PNRR, Accounting)**
**Public sector** is the **KPMG S.p.A. **line of services dedicated to the public administration and the entities that use public funds, helping its clients improve their processes and organisation, driving an increase in financial performance. We are recruiting senior consultants who:
- have 6-10 years of experience, including at least 6 in providing technical assistance to audit authorities and/or managing authorities and/or certifying authorities, or support activities in planning and/or management and/or implementation and/or reporting and/or monitoring and/or checking of operational programmes funded by European structural funds or other EU funds;
- are registered in the register of chartered accountants (preferred);
- have expertise in EU policy and regulatory issues;
- have expertise in planning, monitoring, assessing and checking EU-funded activities;
- have expertise in the financial and accounting management of EU funds in line with international standards (ISA);
- have expertise in strategy, organisation, processes and change management;
- are knowledgeable in the foreign languages used by the European Commission.

- independently resolve process and organisational issues that arise during the performance of the tasks assigned, liaising continually with the client;
