Job Description:
Within Customer Support & Service, Material Services, we are looking for a Material Management Specialist, for our Vergiate office.

The resource will be in charge of:
Execute proper management of the whole material provisioning process for both Spare and Repair & Overhaul materials, by ensuring that requirements coming from Planning, Customers and CSS&T Supply Centres within each Geography are duly taken into account, harmonized and that the supply/manufacturing process is activated accordingly;

Guarantee the availability of the materials in order to cover and balance all customers’ and stock’s requirements.

R&O Material Control, to process the unserviceable stock of both Customer Property and LHD Property parts according to customers’ and stock’s requirements.

Ensure that stock levels and their replenishment are constantly kept for the entire duration of contracts, as modelled by Demand Planning.

Collaborate with Procurement & Supply Chain and Industrial Operations, to define Service Level Agreement contents and to establish and secure delivery plans for Spares and Repair components

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor Degree or relevant experience in Material Planning/Material Management/Supply Management

Seniority: Junior, 1-3 years of Experience

Technical Competencies: Good knowledge of MS Office Package, SAP 4 Hana

Languages: English (Working Proficiency)

Attitudinal Characteristics: Interest in the technical sector; ability to assume responsible tasks; ability to work in a team; predisposition/aptitude for human relationships and interpersonal communication; demonstrate a spirit of initiative.

Other: Availability to make occasional trips to Italy or abroad.
