Westhouse, società leader nel settore della consulenza tecnologica e per la gestione di progetti internazionali, sta ricercando un/una:
**IT Contract and Procurement Specialist
La risorsa si occuperà di garantire una gestione dei contratti efficiente e conforme, nonchè una procedura di procurement ottimale all'interno del contesto IT.

**Attività:
- Elaborare, negoziare e redigere contratti per l'Application Maintenance, l'acquisto di software e hardware
- Assicurare la conformità legale e normativa di tutti i contratti stipulati
- Collaborare con il team dei project manager IT per definire requisiti e specifiche di procurement
- Gestire gare, RFP (Request for Proposal) e processi di selezione fornitori
- Condurre negoziazioni con fornitori per ottenere condizioni contrattuali vantaggiose
Collaborare con il team legale per risolvere eventuali questioni legali nelle trattative

**Requirements**:

- Esperienza mínima di 4-5 anni nella gestione contrattuale e nelle attività di procurement nel settore IT
- Conoscenza approfondita delle leggi e delle normative legate ai contratti IT
- Abilità di negoziazione e capacità di gestire relazioni con i fornitori
- Esperienza nell'organizzazione ed innovazione dei processi e sistemi di IT Procurement
- Eccellenti competenze comunicative e capacità di collaborare efficacemente con team multidisciplinari
- Orientamento al risultato e capacità di gestire più progetti contemporaneamente
- Una laurea in Giurisprudenza, Ingegneria Gestionale o Economia
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
