**What you will be doing...**

We have fantastic opportunities to join our
- **Jet2holidays** Team as a
- **Resort Customer Helper (Overseas / Holiday Representative)** based in
- **Verona **for
- **Summer 2020.**

Reporting into our in Resort Management Team, you will deliver an exceptionally
- **friendly** and
- **trustworthy** service to our customers' from the moment they arrive in resort. Visiting our customers at their hotels and being present to support them at any time during their stay is essential in this role.
- All our customers have different requirements to make their holiday special and using your fantastic
- **local knowledge** of the resort, you will have the confidence to recommend local experiences, attractions and excursions to match our customers needs to ensure they have a great holiday.

- Already living in Verona, you will be happy to learn as much as you can about the area to pass on your local knowledge to our customers.
- To be successful in this role you’ll ideally have a basic understanding of the local language as well as being fluent in English. You will also already be a driver with access to your own transport.
