In questo ruolo sarai parte integrante del Team di manutenzione, garantendo un corretto smaltimento dei rifiuti e occupandoti attivamente e supervisionando le attivita' di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria necessarie all'interno degli stabili e degli impianti.

**Manutenzione**:
Supporto e supervisione delle aziende appaltatrici incaricate della manutenzione ordinaria.

Risoluzione dei ticket di manutenzione straordinaria in collaborazione con I coleghi.

Eseguire piccoli interventi di manutenzione elettrica, meccanica o sugli immobili.

**Smaltimento Rifiuti**:
Gestione dello smaltimento rifiuti, in collaborazione con l’ufficio HSE.

Carico e scarico dei rifiuti, gestione dei cestini e controllo del rispetto delle norme in materia di smaltimento rifiuti.

**Conformita' Normativa**:
Assicurare che le normative siano rispettate e che le procedure delle certificazioni ISO siano correttamente implementate soprattutto in ottica di gestione rifiuti e normative ambientali.

Supervisionare il lavoro delle aziende appaltatrici incaricate della manutenzione ordinaria richiedendone le certificazioni di legge per per la conformità normativa.

**Your areas of knowledge and expertise**:

- Preferibile Diploma di Perito Tecnico.
- Esperienza pregressa in ambito manutenzione (1/2 anni).
- Garantire flessibilità e proprensione al lavoro in linea con i requisiti essenziali del ruolo.
- Possesso del patentino per la conduzione del carrello elevatore.
- Curiosità e propensione all’apprendimento.
- Proattività.
- Abilità nel lavoro in team e seguire le indicazioni ricevute.
