Ricerchiamo per famiglia composta da 2 pax con grande proprietà in zona Varese/lago Maggiore, uno chief of staff che si occupi di:

- selezione, gestione e coordinamento dello staff;
- selezione e gestione fornitori;
- gestione manutenzioni e forniture delle proprietà immobiliari;
- organizzazione viaggi ed eventi privati in villa o in altre location, gestione spostamenti dei signori;
- gestione delle agende personali, degli appuntamenti e telefonate;
- gestione imprevisti o esigenze inaspettate in autonomia.

**E' richiesta**:
1) Reperibilità h24 e 7 su 7; presenza operativa durante le festività ove necessario;
2) Reale capacità di risolvere problemi in autonomia e abitudine a gestire to do list;
3) Spirito di iniziativa;
4) Eccellente conoscenza dell’inglese e dell'italiano;
5) Riservatezza
E' gradita precedente esperienza come direttore di strutture alberghiere o come house manager in contesti UHNW anglosassoni.
Disponibilità da marzo 2025.
Non sono richieste trasferte. E' previsto il lavoro in presenza o da remoto.
Offresi contratto di assunzione livello dirigente aziendale. Ral 80.000/100.000 euro anno.
