With global headquarters in Italy, it operates globally through their operational centers in all the continents.

The company is looking for a Sales Assistant for its US-Company in Chicago.

**The Role**:
We are looking for a Sales Assistant to manage and oversee all sales activities, ensure efficient sales process. The Sales Assistant's activities include prepare and send quotation to customers, send order confirmation and create internal PO, create necessary documents for delivery and invoice to customers.

**Main**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all daily contacts with customers and with the HQ in Italy.
- Prepare and send, daily, quotations to customers.
- Create and send order confirmations and match them with the PO received from customers.
- Create intercompany PO.
- Follow and manage all the importations of goods.
- Prepare all the necessary documentations for delivery of goods.
- Create and send invoices to customers or upload them to customers’ portals.

**Experience/ Skills / Education**:

- At least 2 years of experience as Sales Assistant or similar position.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Organizational and Time management skills.
- Spanish or Italian language skills will be considered a plus.
- Valid US driver’s license.
