Key responsibilities for this role include:

- Support the team in the creation and implementation of the internal strategy: organization of events, activities, engagement projects for Viatris employees, preparation of communications related to different topics and areas of the company
- Adapt Global and Regional communications
- Ad hoc corporate activities management: supplier management, communication, material preparation, implementation, result analysis
- Support the communication activities of the BUs: relationship with the marketing team, understanding of the needs, planning, strategy definition and implementation, activities management
- Support the creation and implementation of corporate, TA and product external communication strategy
- Support the management and update of the corporate website
- Crisis communication management support

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, Master degree in Communication will be an asset
- Previous experience in similar role is essential, an experience in PR agency will be an asset
- Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing Italian and English is required
- Previous experience in translating activities is preferred
- Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Market is an asset
- Preferably possess following skills: curiosity, motivation, communication, problem solving, team working, priority setting and time management capabilities, adaptability
- Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Adobe Premiere and Canva is an asset
