What You’ll Do:

- You will join the Retail Marketing team within the Food & Beverage area, reporting directly into the Food & Beverage Associate Manager;
- You will work with a passionate F&B team dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences in our bars and restaurants;
- You will manage relationships with municipalities and local authorities for SCIA requests and other required licenses;
- You will handle budgets, supplier contracts, and the control and authorization of orders and payment flows for F&B invoices in SAP across multiple locations;
- You will collaborate with the Marketing team to develop strategies and events to drive sales and customer engagement;
- You will coordinate F&B activities with line management as well as legal, administrative, and financial departments.

Who You Are:

- You have 1-2 years of experience in F&B management or the Food & Beverage sector;
- You hold a degree in Economics, Hospitality Management, Food Science, Food Marketing, or related fields;
- You have solid knowledge of HACCP regulations, supplier management, and quality control procedures;
- You are skilled in monitoring budgets, controlling expenses, and implementing cost-saving measures without compromising quality;
- You are fluent in Italian and English and have good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- You are detail-oriented, proactive, and effective in fast-paced environments.

Preferably, You Also Have:

- Experience in fine dining or high-volume operations;
- Basic knowledge of SAP.
