**Descrizione del posto**: Per il Brand Longines cerchiamo una risorsa che entri a far parte del Team Marketing e che dia supporto a diversi progetti e attività. Nello specifico: - Supporto per realizzazione layout pos material + preparazione materiali adv traditional & digital (ex. pagine pubblicitarie, banners, logo head, pannelli vetrina ecc.);
- Supporto attività in coop rivenditori autorizzati (ex. controlli mensili effettuazione coop social + richiesta giustificativi a clienti);
- Supporto organizzazione eventi/training su clienti, eventi nazionali /internazionali e riunioni varie;
- Supporto organizzazione training Sales Ambassadors (ex. richiesta materiali, preparazione ppt, catering, viaggi e transfer);
- Creazione Bonifici - Nuovi Fornitori;
- Monitoraggio visite Merchandisers + check actions richieste;
- Supporto progetti SIS: - Impostazioni immagini lightbox SIS - Messa in firma, spedizione e archiviazione contratti - Imputazione corretta nr. cespiti e check esistenti e/o smaltimenti. - Analisi attività competitors (ex. analisi siti internet, attività di marketing/trade marketing) con preparazione e aggiornamento di eventuali presentazioni;
- Aggiornamento di tutti i files e presentazioni legati alle iniziative di marketing (ex. anagrafiche, presentazioni per riunioni, ecc.) ;
- Supporto alla creazione di materiale ad hoc per il canale retail (guide e brochure);
- Preparazione, invio e aggiornamento puntuale file vetrine speciali sulla base delle realizzazioni effettuate dai Merchandisers e preparazione ppt specifiche;
- Preparazione file anagrafiche/display/varie per singolo Visual Merchandiser.
**Il vostro profilo**: - Laurea in economia, marketing o affini - Ottima conoscenza di Excel e Power Point - Ottima conoscenza dei sistemi informatici - Capacità organizzative e precisione - Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese - La conoscenza del francese sarà considerata un plus
