The Patient and Institutional Access Manager develop a value proposition for each stakeholders in line with Company mission to improve access for patient. Provide an holistic view in assuring patient centricity to ensure persistence on the market of Sandoz products for the entire life-cycle at the best possible conditions.

**Your key responsibilities**:Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Responds expertly and efficiently to the landscape of healthcare, reimbursement, competition and market trends to optimize access to therapy
- Fosters a collaborative relationship with our patient access partners to optimize the mutual value of the relationship, identify new and better ways to work together
- Develops, monitors and communicates key performance indicators to internal and external stakeholders to drive performance, identify gaps and resolve issues to improve access
- Ensures, providing guidance and input to the BU Units and Medical, proper initiatives are identified to meet customers’ needs in order to build a long term partnership. Ensures the monitoring of the regional health scenario, promoting and stimulate a bottom-up approach in order to provide the Company with innovative and relevant insights.
- Designs and manages new initiatives to improve patient experience with our product in partnership with pharmacy service team, marketing, sales and medical team
- Fosters a collaborative relationship with internal and external stakeholders including Medical, Marketing, Sales, Communication, Legal, Regulatory and advocacy groups to identify, communicate, and respond to issues and opportunities
- Identifies and run projects aimed to allow sustainability of the NHS
- Health economics and digital data management

**Minimum requirements**

**What you’ll bring to the role**:

- Degree in Scientific Faculty
- Fluent English and Italian
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in a Pharmaceutical Company or in health economics sector at regional or hospital level
