Job description:
Siamo alla ricerca di un operatore ICT in ambito Service & Operation, una figura chiave nella gestione del Service Desk, dell'infrastruttura aziendale e del parco hardware.

Cosa farai:
Supportare la forza vendita nell'utilizzo dei sistemi software e hardware aziendali.

Supportare i dipendenti nell'utilizzo dei sistemi software e hardware aziendali.

Collaborare con i colleghi ICT e i fornitori specializzati per il mantenimento dell'infrastruttura aziendale in termini di performance, aggiornamento tecnologico e cybersecurity.

Ricercare e sviluppare nuovi metodi di lavoro per ottimizzare i workflow aziendali sfruttando la tecnologia.
