What you’ll do:
The _Responsible Gaming Communication _supports the development and execution of communication strategies for Responsible Gaming across multiple brands and international markets. The role focuses on designing impactful awareness initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and engaging key stakeholders to promote a culture of safe and responsible gaming.- Contribute to defining and implementing the global Responsible Gaming communication strategy, ensuring consistency across brands and markets.- Develop and manage multi-channel communication campaigns targeting customers, employees, retailers, and institutional stakeholders, adapting content to local market needs.- Collaborate with Brand and local business units to create educational and awareness materials.- Support corporate communication and stakeholder engagement efforts to strengthen the company’s positioning in Responsible Gaming.- Development and implementation of training programs and internal initiatives to promote responsible gaming culture.- Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and provide recommendations for optimization.- Ensure communication activities align with regulatory requirements and international standards (e.g. Flutter, EL, WLA).- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, supporting partnerships and initiatives.

What you’ll bring:
- Degree in Communication, Marketing, Social Sciences or a related field.- Experience in corporate communication preferably within the gaming, retail, tech industries or as account in creative agency.- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate initiatives across different markets.- Excellent storytelling and content development skills across various communication channels.- Ability to manage awareness campaigns and stakeholder engagement programs.- Analytical mindset to track and improve communication effectiveness.- Fluency in English, knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
