Our client, Real Estate Asset management company leader in Italy, is looking for a:
CAPITAL MARKET ASSOCIATE / MANAGER

**Responsibilities**
- Performs a comprehensive competitive analysis, including financial metrics and differentiation, at the basis of the fundraising activity;
- Updates regularly the capital market plan and recommends and implements actions to reach the target fund raising targets;
- Prepares market studies and benchmarking for the launch of new products and regularly reviews and reports about best performing funds by category;
- Implement the Company investor relations plan;
- Organizes proactively and participates in roadshows and investors meetings;
- Proactively supports in the selection and management of placement agents;
- Supports in negotiation of legal documents and structuring of new funds and JV vehicles.

**Your Profile**
- 5-7 years of previous working experience in the real estate and financial sector, with proven fundraising expertise and/or with previous experience with major international placement agent or GP team placement;
- University degree in economics, financial markets, real estate management;
- Very good relationship and interpersonal skills to liaise with investors and major LP;
- Excellent financial modelling skills and a performance-driven attitude will guide the role;
- Fluency in English, spoken and written. Another European language a plus.
