**Posizione**:
Equity Capital Markets (ECM) is part of the Investment Banking Division. The team originate, structure, coordinate and execute equity capital markets deals, including IPOs, Rights Issues, Accelerated Bookbuilding Offerings (ABOs) and Equity-Linked products. ECM professionals work in close contact with other Mediobanca teams, such as Corporate Finance, Equity Sales and Equity Research. Our leadership in Italian equity issuances is unrivalled and our standing in Europe is progressively rising.
- Draft of presentations to assist ECM bankers in deal origination
- Assist the team on live deals
- Build financial models for equity offers structuring
- Run analysis of stocks, exchanges and shareholding structure
- Actively follow and create reports on markets trends and investor momentum
- Performing markets analysis and update, developing a strong understating of the broader financial environment

The intern will be given comprehensive training around equity capital markets products and enjoy a unique open-minded experience.

**Requisiti**:
**Knowledge, Experience & skills**:

- Knowledge of corporate finance basis and of the investment banking business
- Strong interest in finance and in particular capital markets
- High motivation, analytical and relational skills
- Leadership, team working skills and ability to handle pressure
- Strong Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English, an additional language (French, Spanish) is welcome Experience in the use of Bloomberg or Factset would represent a plus
