Our experience extends beyond transactional and contentious work as we regularly look after our clients through every stage of the company life-cycle.The Debt Capital Markets department in Milan advises Italian issuers and international underwriters on a broad range of capital markets transactions, including IPOs, Medium Term Note (MTN) programmes, bond issues (secured and unsecured), block trades, exchangeable/convertible bonds, hybrid bonds, green/social/transition bonds, sustainability linked bonds, regulatory capital and liability management exercises.Key Responsibilities Will Includelegal research and analysisassisting in the preparation of memos and document reviewsupporting in drafting court documents and other legal documentationKey RequirementsLaw degree (currently enrolled in the fifth year);Excellent academic credentials from an Italian University (please include the list of exams together with a motivation letter);Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;Proficiency level in English;Knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).The ideal candidate will take part in all of our professional activities and gain a good sense of our culture.
