**Posizione**:
Mediobanca's Debt Capital Markets & Financing division is looking for a dynamic professional with at least 3 years of banking industry experience to join the Financing Italy team as an Associate.

Our Financing team comprises experienced and talented individuals with diverse international backgrounds, providing an enriching environment for collaboration and growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assessing creditworthiness and risk profiles of potential borrowers across both Investment Grade and sub-IG rating spectrum
- Assisting senior members in structuring, negotiating, and executing lending transactions
- Supporting in drafting and negotiating legal documentations for loans
- Conducting comprehensive financial analysis and due diligence
- Pitching activity and developing marketing materials to promote financing solutions across different Debt Division products (loans, bonds, private placements, etc.), acting in cooperation with different teams of the bank (Risk Management, M&A, ECM, etc.)
- Preparing relevant documentation for internal credit approval processes

**Requisiti**:

- At least 3 years of experience in Investment Banking/Private Equity financing teams
- Solid modelling skills
- Proficiency in English
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
