You're the creative mind and driving force behind our biggest membership moments. As Membership Headline Events Manager, you design and deliver headline events that bring our member community to life, spark meaningful connections, and put TSH on the map as the go-to destination for culture, business, and creativity. You'll turn bold ideas into scalable formats, global partnerships, and experiences that connect people and build belonging. Working closely with regional teams, you make sure every concept fits the local vibe while keeping our brand front and centre.

**What You'll Do**
- Design, plan, and deliver headline events across membership hubs, from city takeovers to ambassador collaborations.
- Build and manage partnerships that amplify our membership program and brand presence.
- Shape a commercial strategy for paid event series and track how they drive growth across Membership, Stay, F&B, and more.
- Support and train local hub teams to create consistent, high-quality experiences.
- Define KPIs, measure impact, and continuously improve using data and insights.
- Spot emerging trends and translate them into fresh, exciting event formats that keep members engaged.

**What You'll Have**
- You have 10+ years of experience in events, partnerships, or programming.
- You bring a creative, strategic mind that connects events to brand and commercial goals.
- You're a relationship builder with a confident, hands-on approach.
- You know how to turn ideas into impactful, beautifully executed experiences.
- You bring strong project management and storytelling skills to every stage of the process.
- You're trend-savvy, commercially driven, and naturally connect with people across cultures.
- You speak fluent English; any other language is a plus.
