**CONTRACT MANAGER**

La risorsa si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

- Gestione del personale (almeno 200 risorse), organizzare e coordinare le risorse aziendali impiegate nella gestione degli equipaggi adibiti al trasporto e montaggio mobili;
- Selezione del personale;
- Gestione e controllo delle attività operative di carico merce;
- Gestione e controllo delle attrezzature e del parco veicolare;
- Gestione ed ottimizzazione del processo aziendale in ottica lean;
- Analisi delle performance e relativi piani di azione;
- Verifica delle procedure e controllo dei dispositivi DPI;
- Valutazione e pianificazione esigenze formative.

Si richiede inoltre:

- Laurea o diploma in ambito logistico o analogo;
- Ottima conoscenza degli applicativi Microsoft, Office, Internet e posta elettronica
- Maturata esperienza nella gestione di commesse di lavoro.
- Patente B - auto-muniti.
- Buone capacità organizzative, relazionali e di problem solving.

Si offre:
Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo determinato/Indeterminato

Retribuzione: in linea con il CCNL Multiservizi - livello 5°

Elementi retributivi extra: tickets mensa - trasferta

Sede di lavoro: Milano

Verranno presi in considerazione SOLO i curricula coerenti con la posizione richiesta.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminato, Tempo determinato

- Dal lunedì al venerdì
Retribuzione supplementare:
