Together, we are working toward a future where clean, electric mobility is the standard. **The Opportunity** **What You Will Do** - Own and grow the regional book of business for key global automotive OEM accounts. - Act as the single point of contact for all commercial, strategic, and relationship matters. - Ensure revenue growth through cross-selling, up-selling, and identifying new product opportunities aligned with OEM regional needs. - Drive Ampure’s EVSE sales initiatives in the Italian passenger and commercial vehicle market with a focus on delivering EV charging products. - Serve as the "voice of the customer" internally, ensuring that proposals and project deliverables consistently exceed expectations. - Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and deliver innovative solutions that reinforce Ampure’s position as a trusted OEM partner. - Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the EVSE landscape, including, but not limited to market trends, and customer developments. - Build and update market models to forecast product volume, revenue potential, and inform product planning and pricing strategies. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to shape regional strategies. - Participate in global business reviews, reporting, and planning initiatives. Represent Ampure at key industry events, trade shows, and conferences in Italy and across the region. - Build visibility for the Ampure brand and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers. **What You Bring** - Fluent in Italian and proficient in English (written and verbal) is a MUST - Must have a minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in sales, business development, or strategy at tier 1 automotive supplier. - Demonstrated success managing Stellantis Group and delivering multimillion-dollar revenue growth. - Experience in the Electric Vehicle market is strongly preferred. - Experience working within international teams - Self-motivated, ability to define and execute path to success given only high-level targets.
