Our global Operations team make it possible for us to offer worldwide shipping to more than 180 countries, including same-day delivery to New York, London and Milan, while providing a seamless shopping experience across mobile, tablet and desktop, with easy returns.

We have 9 distributions centres and 11 Customer Care centres who work with in 11 different languages and are available 24/7, 365 days a year.

Operations are now seeking a talented Customer Care Escalation Support to join the Customer Care Escalation team. Some of the essentials for you to know are:

Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:
The Operations Logistics team is now seeking a talented Transport Specialist to join the team based in our offices in Bologna Interporto.

You Will:

- Review all shipping documents for accuracy which includes PO #, start/cancel date, style, prices, material composition and uplifts prior to authorizing shipments into our facility.
- Anticipate, identify and resolve problems that could delay the release or movement of shipments.
- Provide accurate Import Clearance Instructions to Carriers for all types of stock / sample imports, including HS code classification.
- Ensuring all Imports and exports are both customs compliant and cost effective.
- Ensure all exports are prepared and dispatched in a timely and cost effective manner.
- Keep accurate records and audit trails of all applicable movements.
- Check accuracy of carrier invoices.
- Preparation of information and reporting for Editorial, Trade & Transport and Compliance Managers.
- Conduct regular audits, ensuring incorrect submissions are corrected with Customs.

The type of person we are looking for:

- Graduate degree or equivalent.
- Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
- 1-2 years of experience in similar role is considered a plus.
- Understanding of Export documentation and procedures is considered a plus.
- Problem Solving.
- Attention to details.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
